With my label FairCultures I aim a transition of fundamental societal cultural values towards more cooperation, participation, solidarity and equality.

FairCultures reflects our every day living and working in our late capitalistic society via inspirational interventions to open up mental space for new solutions to (old) problems.

FairCultures helps you find the key to open the next door of your individual, organizational or even societal development step to enrich and empower your life and the life others.

I work holistic, process- and solution oriented. My methods are multidisciplinary and based on my lifelong learning by working over 15 years of in the field. Part of my tool box is Theory U, Spiral Dynamics, anti-discrimination and diversity, media- and democracy work, mindfulness and body work teachings, Vipassana-Meditation and Zen-Buddhism.
