Change & diversity management
For this project I worked for the German Red Cross, I experimented with different new approaches to change management such as Theory U by Otto Scharmer MIT or Spiral Dynamics by Don Beck. I have always been passionate about pushing the boundaries and underline strong statements and visions. It was a great opportunity to dive deep into an organization, explore what wanted to be transformed and generate the specific push needed for the next stage. I learnt a lot new techniques and expand my creative horizons in the coworking with great people.
